What is the minimum quantity of personalised candy I can buy?
The minimum order for personalised candy is 10kg, 7kg for Love Hearts

We can only put one flavour in each 10kg batch.
Can I have less than 10kgs of personalised lollies?The complicated process of producing a typical design makes it impossible to offer anything less than 10kg batches.
However, we can make our simple Love Heart design in as little as a 7kg batch. You can choose your own colours and flavours.
These are ideal for the intimate wedding and cost $39.50/kg plus packaging.
Yes, we offer an additional 4kg @ a reduced price of $30.45/kg (excluding packaging)
Can I split the packaging within the 10kg order?Yes, we can split the packaging. For example we can give you 50 x 140g jars and 3kg in 1kg bags. Just make sure it adds up to your batch size.

Can I have 5kg with a red outside colour and 5kg with a blue outside?Unfortunately not. All of the candy in each batch has to be the same design, colour & flavour.
We can make the outside of the candy multiple colours if you want to pimp them just a bit more!
If there is a specific colour you would like us to achieve, please post a swatch of the colour and we will do our best to match it. Please bear in mind that all our colours are hand mixed, so we may not be able to match your swatch exactly and there may be variations in the shading and tone.
When ordering Please select '?' from the colour palette. Request your special colours in the Comments section on page 2 of the order. Please advise any additional information we may need to know about your order in this section.

Please email us for a quote. Please include your Country, State, Suburb & Postcode to ensure that we can get back to you quickly with an accurate price.
You can place an order at anytime, but we ask that you give us 6 - 8 weeks notice so that we can set aside a production date to make sure that we despatch it to you with plenty of time to spare. During the ordering process we ask you to provide us with a 'date required', which is the approximate day that you want the candy delivered to you. To avoid any hiccups, please arrange for orders to arrive at least 7-14 days prior to your event.
What if I need the order urgently?Orders required within 7 days attract a $65 fee.
Orders required within a 7-21 day timeframe attract a $45 fee.
Our candy has reached all corners of the globe. International orders usually need at least 6 weeks notice, however if you require your order urgently please email admin@roccandy.com.au for further advice. Prices advertised on our website include 10% Australian Tax (GST) which will be deducted from your final order. We prefer online orders for international customers. For a quote on freight, or, if your order is a little different please email your queries and we will be happy to assist. Please advise your COUNTRY, STATE, SUBURB and POST CODE for a correct and quick quote.
What are the Payment Terms?We accept Visa & MasterCard through our online ordering system. Cheques and Money Orders are to be mailed to us with an order (please allow 7 days for cheques to clear). Orders are not processed until a payment is received.
